The following policy applies to the website http://braintalktherapy.com, home of the Brain Talk Curriculum which is produced by Executive Function Junction, a general partnership created and run by Carrie Popiel Lindemuth and Hanna Bogen Novak.

Information you share with us is used to deliver Executive Function Junction/ Brain Talk’s products and services, and for Executive Function Junction/ Brain Talk’s internal business purposes. Executive Function Junction/ Brain Talk is not in the business of selling information about you.

We collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, mailing address) when a customer creates an account during the purchase of either a Brain Talk Curriculum subscription or a Brain Talk gift certificate, signs up to receive a Brain Talk newsletter, or sends us an email through our contact page.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below.
We collect such Non-Personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
